CYAG is a B2B digital platform specializing in enterprise IT solutions procurement for the MENA region. The platform allows users to:

• Browse a catalog of products and solutions from 36+ technology partners
• Add products to a cart and place purchase orders
• Request price quotations for variable-price products
• Contact the CYAG team for technical consultations

3. Registration & Account Security

To place orders and quotation requests, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying CYAG immediately upon suspecting any unauthorized use

CYAG reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used in a manner that compromises platform integrity.

4. Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to availability confirmation and order verification by the CYAG team. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for reasons including but not limited to:

• Product unavailability or stock issues
• Errors in product pricing or description
• Suspected fraudulent activity

Payment terms and methods are specified in the quotation or at order confirmation. Prices displayed on the platform exclude taxes and shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the CYAG platform — including text, images, logos, designs, and software — is owned by CYAG or its licensed content providers. No content may be copied, distributed, modified, or published without prior written permission from CYAG.

Logos and names of technology partners (such as Cisco, Fortinet, Dell, and others) are registered trademarks of their respective owners.

6. Limitation of Liability

CYAG is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform, including damages resulting from service interruptions, data errors, or delivery delays.

In all cases, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service in question.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the MENA jurisdiction in which CYAG operates. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at CYAG's place of business.

8. Modifications

CYAG reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Registered users will be notified of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modifications.
